Dana Wesley ᑌᓇ ᐧᐁᔅᓕ (she/her) is a proud member of Moose Cree First Nation and an executive leader, speaker, and consultant focused on reconciliation, leadership, and organizational change.
Dana lives and works lives on the Ktunaxa Homelands, ʔamakʔis Ktunaxa. She calls akisqakliʔit (Cranbrook, BC) home and carries her own Moose Cree teachings with her as she builds relationships across territories.
With more than a decade of cross-sector experience, Dana has led reconciliation-focused initiatives within complex institutions and worked closely with senior leadership teams to strengthen policies, programs, and organizational practices. Her work supports institutions in moving from intention to meaningful action, grounding change efforts in relationship, courage, and kindness.
Dana holds a Bachelor’s degree in Women’s Studies and a Master’s degree in Gender Studies from Queen’s University. Her academic training and executive experience, together with her grounding in Moose Cree teachings, informs her approach to leadership and systemic change.
